Weekly gatherings

Circles for unhurried care

Every week we open neighborhood rooms across British Columbia and Ontario. We gather around warm tea, honest listening, and grounded peer support without clinical intake forms or performance.

Our core formats

Spaces shaped for listening

Weekly Circles

Adult peer support circles

Facilitated by trained community hosts, these two-hour evening circles offer an unpressured setting to unpack chronic stress, isolation, and life transitions with neighbors who listen without attempting to fix.

Land & Kinship

Youth kinship mentorship

Pairing young people with community knowledge-holders and elders for outdoor forest walks, seasonal cedar harvesting, and quiet one-on-one grounding that builds durable self-trust.

Seasonal Care

Grief facilitation groups

Grief rarely adheres to twelve-week therapeutic schedules. Our open cohorts meet through changing seasons, giving bereavement room to breathe through communal remembrance and quiet presence.

Unhurried close

Let our hosts know you are coming with a simple note. We preserve small group sizes so the room stays intimate and uncrowded.

Doors open thirty minutes prior. Take a seat, pour an herbal infusion, and settle into the quiet room without forced conversation.

The circle host speaks opening guidelines on confidentiality and consent. You are always welcome to share or remain silent.

We conclude on time with collective breath and grounded reflection. No homework, clinical charting, or evaluation rubrics follow.

Circles remain free to attend with simple voluntary contributions for warm tea and room rent.
